Anticipating what is to come!

This is my niece, little Addie.

She is so sweet, I just want to eat her up when I hold her.
The other day we were watching her for a little bit and she was a little fussy. I was surrounded by all 3 of my boys. Parker and Colby were sitting on either side of me and Dallin was standing at my knees, all watching intently. Every time she would fuss I had Parker softly caressing her head saying "its ok" and Colby saying the same thing as he gently patted her stomach. Dallin was equally concerned as he gently patted her too and kept trying to think of what she wants. I think he thought she was hungry. The twins also all kept exclaiming "oh, she's crying!" (which is exciting because they were talking and I could understand what they were saying!)
This description doesn't do justice to the sweet moment that it was. It makes me so excited to have this next little girl join our family in a few months. I know it isn't going to be the easiest thing to add a baby to my already 4 young children, but I know they will all love her and there will be plenty of sweet moments like this to make it more than worth it.

(Brooklyn will also be amazing, but I never had any doubt about that! It was just nice to see my wild boys in this new situation)

Snow and Aunts

The First BIG snow and the first time Colby and Parker have played in the snow.

Cami and Lauren had slept over and were so amazing to take all the kids out and play for a long time, then they shoveled for me too!
(I am pretty sure this was back in November, so I guess I do have pictures from November!)

NOVEMBER...
I am sorry to say I didn't take any pictures in Nov, not even at Thankgiving!!! November was still mostly a prego sickly month, but I started to do much better right before Thanksgiving. Thank goodness for that because we hosted Brandon's family for Dinner. It was really fun to have his parents and his sister Holly's family in town. We had a great time with everyone. I just wish I had pulled out the camera!!!
DECEMBER
Ginger Bread houses
turned to massive Ginger bread cookies

We attempted making a gingerbread house. Easy, from a kit and everything. But the roof just kept falling off and it was almost bed time, so we just ate it. Maybe next year...

Christmas Eve Talent show
Brooklyn and Dallin Sang "Rudolph" and Brooklyn danced as well with her bell skirt.

Parker and Colby performed "Once there was a snow man"
Sorry, no picture.

Colby was showing off his belly button during lots of the talents

Grandpa entertaining the boys during more talents

Cute cousin Holly always willing to pose for the camera

Dallin asking grandpa why he was missing hair on his head. PRICELESS!

Still chekcing it out!

Aunt Lauren and Colby

Colby and Mommy snuggling cheek to cheek. He loves to snuggle and I am only too happy to oblige!

Parker just being cute!

Parker has a thing for Grandpa. Here they are blowing kisses together.

More fun with Grandpa...and no, this wasn't during the prayer!

Colby giving kisses to his Great Grandma Alicia. So Sweet!

A big thanks to Aunt Cami for taking these pictures (and many more).

Christmas Day

Brooklyn got an easel
Dallin got a basket ball hoop
Parker and Colby got a train table...

Awesome gifts right??? But they ALL LOVED the flashlights that were in their stockings!
(They liked their big gifts too, they just weren't as excited about them :)

Brooky and Dal helping each other.

Parker and his flashlight

Colby trying to open a present while holding the flashlight.

Colby enjoying the Beatles Rock Band

Parker enjoying Beatles Rock Band

Wammer rockin' out

More Beatles Rock Band and Parker singing along.

The other hit gift for the twins...Magnadoodles. We had a hard time getting them to open anything due to these and their flashlights. (In fact, I think I took back a few things because they just didn't care.)

Dallin falling asleep at the end of a busy fun Christmas day.

We had a fabulous Christmas season seeing lots of family and having some time to our own little family. This was our first year having Christmas at our own house and it was so nice. We had breakfast with my sister Lori's family and then later we had my grandma, parents and 2 youngest sisters come down for dinner and lots of Beatles Rock band.

(By the look of this post it almost seems like we only gave 2 kids! Brooklyn and Dallin and off playing much more and not always so happy to cooperate with the Camera. But yikes, I will do better in the future!!!)
