They look Chubby to me!

Parker and Colby...
They look nice and healthy right?
Well, these boys are so happy they forgot to tell me that they were not getting enough to eat!
At their 1 year check up we discovered that they had gained less than a pound since their 6 month appointment.
Ooops!
They don't eat solids very well, but I was sure that they were getting enough to eat, I mean just look at those cheeks!
Sometimes I just wish I had a manual to my babies.
Well I got a mini manual on how to get Colby to eat.
A speach/eating therapist gave us so many great ways to teach Colby to eating techiniches!
Yeah!

We will go back to her again and see if we can get the mini manual on Parker!
But the best news is that we just went to the doctor and in one month
both Parker and Colby gained 1 pound!

Way to go boys!

Here are a few pictures of Parker and Colby in the last 6 months.

six months: relaxed and rotund

8 months: pleasantly plump

9 months: my little chunky monkeys

Dang they are cute if I do say so myself!

(Any guesses on who is who in the first picture?)

Grandma and Grandpa Western

We were able to visit the kids great grandparents. It was really fun to visit. It was actually Dallin's first time to meet them! We love being so close to so many family members!

Happy Birthday Parker and Colby

Wow...this is a late, but happy birthday back in Feb!

They don't know how to eat table food yet, but I couldn't resist trying the whole cake thing on their first birthday! Isn't that tradition? It just looks like cruel and unusual punishment for a birthday.

The boys weren't feeling well on their birthday and they look it right ?!? They are such unbelievably happy babies! They both have such fun personalities and we LOVE them SO MUCH!!!
Happy Birthday!

DAL...

Dallin playing in the snow :)

"Dal, don't eat the snow, the dogs go to the bathroom in the back yard! Gross!"
I was repeatedly telling him this until finally he said "I am licking it!"

Dallin carried a few things upstairs for me and then told me he put them in the fridge...

Thank goodness he didn't turn it on!

To end on a sweet note, here is Dallin cuddling with his dad. I love when he pulls your arm around you to hold him tight.
